These terms apply to your use of the Windsights.ai website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

They cover this website only. Use of the LLMira Suite itself is governed by the agreement we make with each customer.

1. About this website

Windsights.ai builds software and AI agents for property and casualty insurance. This website gives information about that work. We are a software company. We are not an insurer, broker or adviser, and nothing on this site is insurance, legal, regulatory or actuarial advice.

2. About the product information

The site describes what our products are designed to do. Some capabilities are available, some are in early access and some are planned. We label them Available, Early access or Coming soon where we can, and a description of a planned capability is not a promise that it will be delivered or when.

Statements about speed, cost or savings describe design goals or examples, not guaranteed results. Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. Binding terms exist only in a written agreement signed by us.

3. Using the website

You may use the site for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• break the law or infringe anyone else's rights;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, our systems or other users' data;
• introduce malware, or interfere with or overload the site;
• scrape or copy the site at scale by automated means, or use it to build a competing service;
• use the demo form to send spam, false information or other people's personal information.

4. Intellectual property

The site and everything on it, including text, images, video, diagrams, software and design, belongs to Windsights.ai or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Windsights.ai, LLMira and our logos are our marks.

You may view the site and print or share a page for your own internal business use, as long as you keep the notices on it. You may not otherwise copy, change or reuse our content without our written permission.

5. What you send us

When you send us a demo request or an email, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We use it as described in our Privacy policy.

Please do not send policyholder personal information, confidential filings or other sensitive data through the website. We will agree a secure way to share documents before any walkthrough on your own material.

If you give us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.

6. Links to other sites

We may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

7. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be accurate, complete, secure, uninterrupted or free of errors, and we exclude all warranties that the law allows us to exclude.

8. Limit on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to USD 100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Changes to the site and access

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time, and we may block access if you break these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Windsights.ai is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive authority over disputes about the site, except where the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
